I pitched & fund-raised from 8 US angel investors to invest a total of $73K on $3M valuation cap for Curawella in 2020 & 2021.
Led the team to develop & market 3 products with ONLY $73K & did $50K of sales.
1st product is similar to teladoc.
2nd product is digitalization of 7 hospitals for the Ministry of Health of Egypt with Novartis as a project sponsor.
3rd product is VCliniQ which is the white label mobile app for clinics & hospitals in 24 hrs. This is our core & focus product.

Hustling & Leadership
Due to the limited resources of the startup I wore different hats beside being a PM. Starting on, I learned and did by myself the following: marketing, sales, business development and customer success. Later on, I hired a team for each department and managed different teams.
This resulted in being an experienced cross-functional leader, not just a manager. This kind of leadership helped us reach $50K of subscription.

2020-2022 :
Digitizing 7 hospitals for MOH of Egypt sponsored by Novartis
Used linkedin + cold calls (tele-sales) targeting product managers in order to bring this B2B deal.
Project obective is for MS hospitals to be completely digital with 6 interfaces starting from patient registeration, electronic health records, approving medicine digitally, patient can request emergency, appointment and drug renewal, pharmacy store, pharmacy distributor & finally analytics.

2019 - Current :
Curawella V2.0 VCliniQ - custom app for each clinic & Hopsital!
System includes 3 interfaces :
One for the patient that is custom made with personalized logo & name on app store & play store. This should help increasing doctors branding & revenue through integrated paid telemedicine consultation.
Another interface is for the secretary to help doctor with the clinic management.
Finally, an interface for the doctor to manage everything in the clinic/hospital, receive & respond to patient requests.
